Here is a recap of the high rise developments in the Irvine Spectrum area: By: Chad Kim According to a recent Development Applications update (Feb 23, 2016), Disneyland is proposing to construct the following at the Pumba Lot: "...a parking structure, transportation hub, pedestrian pathway, and bridge to serve the Disneyland Resort". Map: As indicated by the map above, the proposed improvements would potentially require demolishing two commercial/industrial buildings along with the existing surface parking lot south of the two buildings.

301 Development at City Place is located in the City of Santa Ana bordering with the City of Orange. The last visit was back in December 2015 and today's update shows a better view of the construction progress. The Gateway apartment is developed by the Irvine Company and the second phase is the nearing completion. Irvine Company's website states the second phase is now leasing. The second phase of the project is located in the City of Anaheim, whereas the first is located in the City of Orange.
