Continuing the coverage of high density developments in Huntington Beach, rises another development known as Oceana Apartments. This four story development is being developed by AMCAL Enterprises, Inc. and will include 78 units of affordable housing. The target date for completion of this project is estimated around Summer 2015. According to AMCAL's website, Oceana replaces an old office building and parking lot. The website also details the amount of parking and amenities that will be provided: "Construction is three levels of Type V with 133 spaces of Type I at-grade garage parking. Amenities include a large community room on the streetfront with a computer lab, courtyard with barbecues, children's playground and bicycle storage."
