Oceana Apartments is an affordable family housing apartment located in Huntington Beach along Beach Boulevard. LAOCDB first reported about Oceana back in 08/14/2014. Here is an excerpt from the prior article: "...This four story development is being developed by AMCAL Enterprises, Inc. and will include 78 units of affordable housing. The target date for completion of this project is estimated around Summer 2015..."

LAOCDB first reported about Avalon Huntington Beach back in 9/27/2014. At that time, construction was in its early stage with pile driver present and excavation yet to occur. Here is an excerpt from the previous article: "According to the City of Huntington Beach's website, this project is a mixed-use development and will include about 385 dwelling units and up to 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The total height of the development will be six stories." Fast forward to June 2016 and Avalon Huntington Beach nears completion.

Amenities include: public and private open space areas, fitness room, and resident clubhouse and rooftop deck. Huntington Beach has been on a roll with high density developments such as The Residences at Bella Terra, The Boardwalk (Murdy Commons), Oceana Apartments, Huntington Beach Lofts, and Elan Huntington Beach.
