This pertains to a proposed 100 dwelling unit residential project consisting of both attached and single family homes. The address is 311 E Broadway which is located in Downtown Anaheim. The Gateway apartment is developed by the Irvine Company and the second phase is the nearing completion. Irvine Company's website states the second phase is now leasing. The second phase of the project is located in the City of Anaheim, whereas the first is located in the City of Orange.
