Anaheim's Platinum Triangle, envisioned as Orange County's downtown, is seeing a large number of under construction and proposed/planned high density developments. For example, right across the street, on Orangewood Avenue, are: LTG Platinum Center (a proposed mixed use development that also includes a 28 story condominium tower at 354 feet tall), and construction activity is picking up at The George project.
