Continuing our Huntington Beach high density development series, here we have the well underway The Boardwalk (Murdy Commons) development located on Gothard St. and Edinger Ave. and is sandwiched between Golden West College and Bella Terra shopping center. To the north, across Center Ave., is the Goldenwest Transportation Center.
According to the City of Huntington Beach's website, this project is a mixed use development that will have 984 apartment units and 60,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Parking will be much plentiful with a total of 1,979 parking spaces. This development will have buildings that range from four to six stories.
