Among the list of development applications shown from the March 8th update, the notable application is with regard to Case No. DEV2016-00018. This pertains to a proposed 100 dwelling unit residential project consisting of both attached and single family homes. The address is 311 E Broadway which is located in Downtown Anaheim. Additionally, the property is owned by the City of Anaheim and is a vacant property.

​The Residences at Newport Place is a proposed mixed use project located in Newport Beach where the project site is 5.70 acres. The project site is bordered by Dove Street, Scott Drive, Corinthian Way, and Martingale Way.

According to a recent Development Applications update (Feb 23, 2016), Disneyland is proposing to construct the following at the Pumba Lot: "...a parking structure, transportation hub, pedestrian pathway, and bridge to serve the Disneyland Resort".

As indicated by the map above, the proposed improvements would potentially require demolishing two commercial/industrial buildings along with the existing surface parking lot south of the two buildings.
