301 Development at City Place in Santa Ana Orange County

301 Development at City Place is located in the City of Santa Ana bordering with the City of Orange. The last visit was back in December 2015 and today's update shows a better view of the construction progress. Here is an excerpt from the December article:

"According to the City of Santa Ana's website, The 301 Development at City Place is located within City Place on Jeanette Lane and is a 2 acre site. The project consists of a 182 unit residential apartment building. Two bottom levels will consist of parking and the remainder four levels pertains to the residential component."...

The upcoming apartment is close to various eateries and Mother's Market. In addition, to the west is Main Place Mall where the mall has seen a revitalization and includes popular destinations such as Round One, 24 Hour Fitness, and more. To the north of the project site is the upcoming Eleven 10 West project which is located in the City of Orange.
