Since the last visit in August, 2015, the Alexan Fullerton has made great progress. The Alexan Fullerton is located in the City of Fullerton at the intersection of Lemon Street and Orangethorpe Avenue. The eastern portion of the project, as shown in the intro photo, is further along than the western portion. The project is located at the Orangefair Mall.

The developer of this project is Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) which is also the developer of the proposed The Alexan DTLA, a 26 story residential mixed use tower in DTLA. According to TCR's website, the Alexan Fullerton's estimated finish in construction is July 2017. The architect is DesignArc Los Angeles.
