LAOCDB reported about the Irvine Spectrum Marriott back in July 2015 when it was first proposed at the site of a former surface parking lot. Photo from June 25, 2016 show construction has progressed with the installation of a construction crane. Additionally, the core of the structure is rising.

400 Spectrum Center is a 20 story office tower in the City of Irvine near the Irvine Spectrum mall. LAOCDB reported back in Dec 28, 2015, 400 Spectrum Center project was under site prep. Fast forward to June 2016 and the tower is topped off.

The developer, JPI, is constructing 400 residential units at 1781 S. Campton Avenue and 1551 E. Wright Circle addresses located in the City of Anaheim's Platinum Triangle district. The developer anticipates to having an opening in early fall 2016.

A new multifamily apartment construction is underway in the Goldenwest area of Huntington Beach and is known as the Monogram Residential. The project is located at the south-west side of the intersection of Edinger Avenue and Gothard Street. Previously known as Pedigo named after the developers Pedigo Products, Inc. and Pedigo South Inc. George W. Psaros Trust is also a developer partner.

Oceana Apartments is an affordable family housing apartment located in Huntington Beach along Beach Boulevard. LAOCDB first reported about Oceana back in 08/14/2014. Here is an excerpt from the prior article: "...This four story development is being developed by AMCAL Enterprises, Inc. and will include 78 units of affordable housing. The target date for completion of this project is estimated around Summer 2015..."

LAOCDB first reported about Avalon Huntington Beach back in 9/27/2014. At that time, construction was in its early stage with pile driver present and excavation yet to occur. Here is an excerpt from the previous article: "According to the City of Huntington Beach's website, this project is a mixed-use development and will include about 385 dwelling units and up to 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. This is an update to a previous article about the Eleven 10 West project in the City of Orange. Here is an excerpt from the previous article: "The document further states the portion that makes up Phase II is about 2.76 acres and will consist of a podium style building where four floors of residential units (Totals 260 residential units) will sit on top of parking levels. The total levels of parking is 2.5 (Total of 502 parking spaces), where one level is above ground, while the other 1.5 levels will be below ground. Overall, the building will be five stories tall reaching a height of 63.5 feet. "
