150 Newport Center is located in the City of Newport Beach. The proposed development is located south of Fashion Island and the developer is Newport Center Anacapa Associates, LLC. The proposed project consists of a 7 story residential mid-rise and the project site is 1.26 acre.

The Museum House project is located in Newport Beach's Newport Center/Fashion Island area and the address is 850 San Clemente Drive. The developer, Related California Urban Housing, LLC. (Related), is proposing to construct a 26 story condominium tower consisting of 100 condominium residential units.

LAOCDB reported about the Anaheim Convention Center Expansion project back in 05/05/2015. Here is an excerpt from the previous article (click the link above to check out the previous article):

"...According to the Anaheim Convention Center Expansion 2017's website, the new building will have two levels, totaling 200,000 sq. ft., providing the opportunity for flexible space uses such as exhibits, meetings, and banquets. The architectural design was from Populous and construction will be under Turner Construction Company. The anticipated completion date is Summer 2017."...

301 Development at City Place is located in the City of Santa Ana bordering with the City of Orange. The last visit was back in December 2015 and today's update shows a better view of the construction progress. Here is an excerpt from the December article:

"According to the City of Santa Ana's website, The 301 Development at City Place is located within City Place on Jeanette Lane and is a 2 acre site. The project consists of a 182 unit residential apartment building. Two bottom levels will consist of parking and the remainder four levels pertains to the residential component."...
