Hotel and Mixed Use Development Proposed in Anaheim

According to the City of Anaheim's Development Applications record, a new hotel and mixed use development are proposed in different districts in the City of Anaheim. 
The proposed hotel is located at 200 W Alro Way and pertains to a hotel consisting of 175 rooms:

The proposed hotel is located within the Anaheim Resort district and is near the Anaheim Gardenwalk mall. 

The proposed mixed use residential development is located further north-east of the City in Anaheim's Anaheim Canyon district at 3320 E La Palma Avenue. The project is proposed to consist of a 4 story 323 residential unit development:
