A Look at the Proposed Trumark Townhomes Project in Anaheim Platinum Triangle

Developer, Trumark Homes, proposes a 153 unit three story townhome project in Anaheim's Platinum Triangle district. 

Located adjacent to Lewis Street at the north-western corner of the Platinum Triangle district, the proposed project site contains three existing buildings (total: 110,600 sq feet) for industrial purposes. The three buildings would be demolished to allow construction of the proposed townhomes. 

The project site is about 7.8 acres and with a total of 153 units results in 19.8 dwelling units per acre. Out of the total units, there will be six floor plans ranging from 1,569 sq feet to 2,094 sq feet. The following table provides a look at the six different floor plans:

The developer proposes to provide, "...several semi-private recreation area(s), including small pocket parks and a larger recreation area with a pool" (p. 5) 

The developer proposes 435 vehicle parking spaces which is over the minimum parking requirement of 371 vehicle parking spaces. The following table shows the vehicle parking breakdown by plan type.

Trumark Homes anticipates their construction start date as Q1 2017 and expects to complete the project in 2020.
