Second Phase of Apartment Project in Platinum Triangle Topped Off

Second phase apartment project, Vivere Aparments Phase II, located in Anaheim's Platinum Triangle has topped off. 

The six story apartment from developer Mack Urban, LLC will have a total of 244 luxury residential apartment units. The apartment building wraps around a parking structure which will hold 342 vehicle parking spaces.

The architect of the project is Metier Architecture and construction contractor is W.E. O'Neil Construction.

The first phase has been completed and is located south of the Phase II project site and consists of 92 apartment units along with 1,298 sq ft of commercial space.

As shown from the most recent photos, the apartment building has been topped off and work continues on installing windows and facade work.

While Vivere Apartments Phase II is well under construction, Mack Urban is also planning on constructing a 37 story mixed use tower in Downtown Los Angeles: www.laocdb.com/la-development-news/mack-urbans-37-story-mixed-use-tower-obtains-construction-permits
