According to the City of Anaheim's Development Activity webpage, on June 28, an application for a proposed mixed use project in Downtown Anaheim was submitted.
Located at 251 S Clementine Street and 350 W Center Street Promenade, the proposed mixed use consists of 38 residential units along with office space comprised of 15,025 sq ft, and retail space of 13,500 sq ft. The location of the proposed project site is currently a surface parking lot and a parking structure. North of the project site is an ice skating rink known as The Rinks Anaheim Ice, and to the south is a post office.
