Oceana Apartments is an affordable family housing apartment located in Huntington Beach along Beach Boulevard. LAOCDB first reported about Oceana back in 08/14/2014. Here is an excerpt from the prior article:
"...This four story development is being developed by AMCAL Enterprises, Inc. and will include 78 units of affordable housing. The target date for completion of this project is estimated around Summer 2015..."

The apartment from AMCAL has been completed (Nov 2015) and is managed by FPI Management. According to the Oceana Apartment's website, the interest list for the affordable housing apartment has been closed since 06/01/2015 as well as the waiting list.
