LAOCDB first reported about Avalon Huntington Beach back in 9/27/2014. At that time, construction was in its early stage with pile driver present and excavation yet to occur. Here is an excerpt from the previous article:
"According to the City of Huntington Beach's website, this project is a mixed-use development and will include about 385 dwelling units and up to 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The total height of the development will be six stories."
Fast forward to June 2016 and Avalon Huntington Beach nears completion.
