A new Marriott Springhill Suites Hotel is now under construction in Huntington Beach, a short distance from the Bella Terra Shopping Center.

A new Marriott Springhill Suites Hotel is now under construction in Huntington Beach, a short distance from the Bella Terra Shopping Center.
The 1.89-acre development site, located at 7872 Edinger Avenue, is being improved with a four-story structure that will feature 126 guest rooms. Planned amenities include conference rooms, a fitness center, a swimming pool and a spa.
As of early April 2016, construction has reached the fourth floor above ground.
The hotel is being developed by Miramar GP LP, a San Diego-based investment firm.
