Note: This is a prior post from Orange County Dense Development.

Huntington Beach Lofts from AvalonBay Communities, Inc. is located in the City of Huntington Beach at the intersection of Gothard St. and Center Ave. To the south of this project site is the massive The Boardwalk project and immediately to the north is the Goldenwest Transportation Center. To the west is the Goldenwest Community College.

According to the City of Huntington Beach's website, this project is a mixed-use development and will include about 385 dwelling units and up to 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The total height of the development will be six stories.

The blog team went out to take pictures of the site back in June, and found that work is underway in making the development go vertical. Keep updated for more up-to-date photos of this project.
