The intersection of Katella Avenue and Harbor Boulevard has seen new development including the Marriott Springhill Suites, and the upcoming
Hyatt House/Walgreens project. Now, west of the completed Springhill Suites is another upcoming hotel project which currently has a construction crane is the Marriott Residence Inn project. According to the OC Register, the upcoming Marriott Residence Inn, which will have 274 hotel rooms, replaces the Jolly Roger hotel (Source).
