The Alton apartment is a 344 apartment unit project located in Irvine's Irvine Business Complex at the intersection of Alton and Millikan.
The developer of the project is Equity Residential and the size of the project site is about 3.95 acres. When completed, the 5 story apartment building will have apartment units ranging from studios to 2-bedrooms.
Amenities include saltwater swimming pools, spas, courtyards, two clubhouses, 11,500 sq ft rooftop deck, fitness center, pet spa, and bike repair/storage rooms.

As shown in the photo, the building's massing is broken up through the use of different facade colors. The architect of the project is Humphreys & Partners Architects (HPA).
Based on the photo, it appears The Alton is closer towards completion. At the time the photo was taken, the blade sign, as shown in the rendering below, was not yet installed.
