Red Oak Fullerton is the name of a proposed mixed use development near Downtown Fullerton.
According to the City of Fullerton's website, this proposed mixed use development is located at 600 W. Commonwealth Avenue consisting of two sites bisected by Williamson Avenue. To the north of Building 1 is Commonweath Avenue. Building 2 is located south of Williamson Avenue.

The proposed project's architect is TCA Architects and the developer is Red Oak Investments. The proposed buildings consist of a three story and a four story building with a total of 311 residential units. The retail component is to be located in Building 1 near the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Chestnut Place.

If the project is approved, an automotive repair shop that currently exists on the proposed project site will need to be demolished.
