Caribou Industries President is Mike Harrah who is planning to construct the planned One Broadway Plaza office tower which would become Orange County's tallest high rise at 493 feet tall. According to Voice of OC, Caribou Industries hopes to break ground on the stalled high rise before the end of this year. The planned office tower is located near the proposed adaptive reuse project.
Mike Harrah also purchased the OC Register buliding back in 2014 and early 2016 purchased the rest of the site which is 14 acres. Harrah plans to build a couple high rise towers of which the development may include creative office space, a hotel, shopping center, and about 1,800 apartment units.
