Previous segments (including this report) from LAOCDB reported there are two large projects at the Park Place campus including a residential project called Vireo at Park Place and a hotel project.
The Vireo at Park Place project is located in Irvine's Irvine Business Complex (IBC) at the Park Place mixed-use campus. The developer is Sares-Regis Group and according to their webpage regarding the project, the residential development will entail 520 rental units.

At the hotel construction site, tarp is placed around the fencing which also shows the rendering of the future building. The rendering shows a 7 story building. The project site is located closer to the retail & restaurant shopping area, and is located next to the LA Fitness gym. Pictures taken from middle of last month shows construction continues on this project and is going vertical.
