Since the last update, the Metropolis project in Irvine's Irvine Business Complex (IBC) has made much progress. There is a construction crane operating and the crane can be seen as far as from the Tustin train station. The Metropolis project is located on 2500 Main Street. According to the Togawa Smith Martin architect's website, this project is a mixed use development that will have a total of 457 rental units. From the rendering, it appears the buildings range from having 6 to 7 floors.
