In this post, we venture back to South Orange County to the City of Mission Viejo. At the intersection of Oso Pkwy. & Montanoso Dr., a dense development is well underway named Andalucia. This project is right next to the Mission Viejo Country Club and about 0.4 miles from the I-5 freeway. The closest train station is at the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Metrolink Station which is about 2.7 miles away.

According to Wermers Properties, Andalucia will be comprised of 241 units. OC Register reported that the units will be apartments and will include 22 affordable units. By looking at the rending, it appears the right side comprised of two separate structures will each have four floors, while the structure abutting Oso Pkwy. will have five stories.
