The upcoming series of posts, including this one, involves dense developments occurring in Huntington Beach. In this post, we venture to the intersection of Beach Blvd. and Ellis Ave. where a mixed use development, known as Elan Huntington Beach, is currently taking shape. This development will consist of apartments units, and will have six floors. According to the Elan Huntington Beach website, the target date for completion is posted for a early 2015 finish date.
