360 Fusion Apartment Homes project, from 360-Irvine LLC, is located at 2852 McGaw, 17321-17351 Murphy in the City of Irvine's Irvine Business Complex (IBC). According to City of Irvine document, the project entails a five story building with a total of 280 apartment units (Size of units ranges from 623 to 1,276 sq ft). Out of the 280 units, 29 units will be affordable units for very low to moderate income levels. The project site is 3.56 acres. The project will have a total of 424 parking spaces.
