Construction on 8th and Olive tower, from Carmel Partners, continues as the facade is continuing its upward climb. The tower's floor count is about over 75% complete. As shown in the above photo, the tower looks very slender when looking northward up Olive Street.

8th and Olive located at 801 Olive in Downtown Los Angeles is a high rise mixed use project from Carmel Partners Investment Company, LLC (Developer). The Developer is based from San Francisco. Originally, the tower was to be 27 stories, however the tower will now be 33 stories.
