Picture Update of 8th and Olive, Ten50, and 825 Hill

Future 825 Hill tower will stand tall next to LEVEL LA.

Today's article provides a picture update on the 825 Hill, Ten50, and 8th and Olive projects. For this picture update, I decided to provide night time photos.

​825 Hill 

First up is the 825 Hill project. Last time LAOCDB covered 825 Hill, there was a construction notice sign and the surface parking lot was being torn out. Let's take a look at the progress:

As shown from the pictures above, the surface parking lot is no more and is fully torn out. Taking a look at  the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety's Permit information for the 825 Hill project, the Foundation Permit application shows near completion of the required items under the Permit Application Clearance Information. Onni Group was able to to obtain the Grading and Shoring permits on 01/12/2016. 

Ten50

Ten50 has made great progress as the tower continues its vertical rise. It is possible to see the under construction tower from a distance: (03/03/2016)

8th and Olive

8th and Olive project is continuing installing the facade on the existing floors as the tower continues its vertical rise. (03/03/2016)
