Ten50 is an upcoming high rise mixed use residential condo tower located in Downtown Los Angeles's South Park district. The picture above is the under construction tower at 11th and Grand Avenue at the north-east corner.
Before Ten50, originally this mixed use tower project was known as the Glass Tower entailing a 22 story high rise building with a total of 151 condominium dwelling units and a total of 5900 square feet of retail at the first floor (source). A LA Downtown Newsarticle from earlier this year reported the original developer of the project was from Amir Kalantari, but with the Great Recession led to the demise of the original project. It would take years later when Trumark Urban, a developer based in San Francisco, would take on the role of reviving the former project now renamed Ten50.

According to Trumark Urban's website, Ten50 would still retain its condominium type residences and also at a total of 151 condominium dwelling units. Retail space totals about 5,820 square feet. It also states the tower will stand at 25 stories. This project includes 1 bed, 2 bed and penthouse units. Amenities stated in the website include private lounge, pool, outdoor fireplaces, screening room, and yoga deck.
A previous Curbed LA post indicated the architectural design of the tower would mostly retain the design of its former self, but would gain a slight redesign with the assistance of architect HansonLA.

The above image shows the older design (left) and the updated design (right), however, the design on the right is also outdated as there was another slight design update.

Trumark Urban expects to start sales in early 2016 and expects a completion date of Fall 2016.

Looking at Google Maps, transit availability include local bus service from LA Metro where bus stops are on Grand Avenue at 11th Street. LA Metro light rail is also available at the Pico Station which is about 0.4 mile away. The Pico Station includes the Blue Line (7th/Metro Center Station to Downtown Long Beach) and Expo Line (7th/Metro Center Station to Culver City).
