From the last photo update back in March of this year, the mega project had its beginning installment of construction cranes for the upcoming trio of high rise towers. LAOCDB continues the coverage update of the progress of Oceanwide Plaza in DTLA's South Park. Urbanize LA reports the tallest tower of this project (49 Stories) is currently the second tallest building under construction in LA. Urbanize LA also has great aerial shots of the project site.

Since the March 16, 2015 reporting from LA Downtown News regarding Oceanwide Plaza's groundbreaking ceremony which was held on March 19, 2015, much progress has been made. When LAOCDB reported photo updates back in March 2016, the installation of construction cranes were at its beginning stage.

Fast forward to 05/03/2016, the project has made even greater advancement as the three construction cranes has been fully installed. Additionally, the other two tower site, south of the largest tower of the project, has also been well under construction. The tallest tower of the project has advanced one level as construction crews continue their work on the tower's vertical rise.
