The Developer, City Century, has released their renderings of their proposed Koreatown project consisting of 180 residential units.
The Developer, City Century, has released their renderings of their proposed Koreatown project consisting of 180 residential units.
As previously reported, Nexen was initially proposed at over 300 condominium units, but was downsized to 180 residential units. The development also includes ground floor retail and restaurant space. The new renderings on City Century's website shows a midrise development standing at seven stories tall.
City Century, a subsidiary of ShenLong Development, has three proposed projects in Downtown LA and this one in Koreatown.
