Located in Downtown Los Angeles at the north-east corner of 8th Street and Figueroa Street is currently a surface parking lot where a 43 story residential mixed use tower is proposed.
Urbanize LA previously reported that developer Mitsui Fudosan America (MFA) filed their plan at the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. The proposed 43 story tower will be comprised of 436 residential units along with 10,043 sq. ft. of ground floor retail and commercial space.
​According to MFA's website, the proposed development's site is 1.06 acre. The proposed project also includes 20,000 sq ft of private space. Additionally, 400 bicycle parking spaces, and 460 vehicle parking spaces in a parking podium is proposed.
