Proposed Hollywood Palladium Mixed Use Project

The proposed Palladium Residences, from developer Crescent Heights, is located in Hollywood at the north-west intersection of Sunset Boulevard and N. El Centro Avenue. The project proposes two buildings that is up to 28 stories (~350 feet tall). 

The mixed use project entails a total of 731 dwelling units (DU) along with 24,000 square feet of retail/restaurant. ​The Recommendation Report from the City Planning states the applicant is CH Palladium, LLC. Currently, the project site has an existing event venue known as the Hollywood Palladium. Within the proposed project, the Hollywood Palladium would be rehabilitated and would still be used as the existing use as a concert venue. Additionally, retail (10,000 square feet), that is currently vacant is planned to be reactivated along Sunset Boulevard in the existing building. Parking would have to be provided for the proposed mixed use along with the existing event venue (317 vehicle parking spaces) which in total would be about 1,900 vehicle parking spaces. The project also proposes about 820 bicycle parking spaces.

Metro Red Line, a subway line, at the Hollywood/Vine Station

Metro Regional/Local Lines: 180/181, 212/312, 217, 222, 780, 2/302, 210
LADOT DASH: Hollywood, Hollywood/Wilshire, Beachwood Canyon
