The 63 small lot subdivision is located between an alley (across from Longridge Avenue) and Ethel Avenue along Victory Boulevard. The developer of this project is Warmington Residential and the architect is KTGY Group, Inc. A total of 143 on site parking spaces (2.25 parking spaces per unit) will be made available along with open space consisting of a total of over 38,900 square feet. A total of 14 attached townhome buildings are planned.

Additional details from the staff report indicates the proposed project consists of three story tall buildings with a height of 44 feet. Three unit types are planned where two types consist of three bedrooms and one type has four bedrooms. Unit size ranges from 1,837 to 2,057 square feet.
