This is an on-going series providing picture updates of various major projects in DTLA. Last time, LAOCDB provided picture updates on 8th and Olive & 825 Hill. The previous article also provided a couple photos of Ten50 that showed what the building looks like so far from a distance.
Today's picture update is with regard to Circa, Metropolis, and close up pictures of Ten50. Be sure to also check LAOCDB's Instagram to see picture previews that will later be published in future articles.
Circa
Circa is a two 35 story mixed use tower project located near Staples Center in DTLA's South Park district. The project is also next to LA Metro Pico Station. LAOCDB wrote a previous article on the Circa project.

Metropolis
Metropolis, from developer Greendland Group, is a mega mixed use project located north of L.A. Live. According to DTLA Rising, Metropolis is a one billion dollar project with two phases which are all under construction. This construction project consists of four towers where three towers (38, 40, and 56 stories tall) consists of residential condominium units and the fourth tower (18 stories) is a hotel that will be operated by Hotel Indigo. Ten50
Ten50, from Trumark Urban, is continuing the facade work and the following pictures shows how the portion with the cube type facade looks like. The tower, located in DTLA's South Park district, is also continuing its vertical rise and is over halfway in terms of floors. Previous picture update showed Ten50 having a presence in the DTLA skyline. According to the Ten50 website, when completed the mixed use residential condominium tower will stand at 25 stories tall and states that sales will start in early 2016.
