Back in March, 2016 LAOCDB reported that Mack Urban's 1120 Grand project was nearing obtaining their grading, foundation, and shoring permits.
Back in March, 2016 LAOCDB reported that Mack Urban's 1120 Grand project was nearing obtaining their grading, foundation, and shoring permits.
Based on the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS), Mack Urban successfully obtained the aforementioned permits where the grading and shoring permit was issued on 05/02/2016, and the foundation permit was issued on 04/22/2016.
LAOCDB visited the site area and saw a portion of the project site has been cordoned off with cones and yellow caution tape. At the south western corner of the blocked off site, is located the parking signs that have been taken down.
