Construction Photo Update on Ten50 in DTLA South Park

The construction on Ten50 continues and the facade has progressed greatly including the cube portions of the facade. It appears the parking podium's facade has not yet begun. The project is very close to 'topping out'.

The before picture taken in late December of 2015 provides a perspective of how much has progressed.

This photo was taken at 11th and Hope Street and shows much more progress compared to the picture taken back in December of last year. 

Here's a close up of the cubes portion of the project. As shown in the picture, the cubes' facade is difference from the rest of the facade of the tower. 

Here is the picture including the ground level. At the time this picture was taken, facade work has not yet begun on the parking podium portion. This is facing north-east at the intersection of 11th and Grand. 

Here is the other side of the tower. This side does not have the cube design, but is uniform with the rest of the tower's overall design. This picture is taken facing west at 11th and Olive. It is possible to see the LA Live/Ritz Carlton Building in the distance. 

Ten50 adds to the DTLA skyline.
