Construction Continues on Transit Oriented Development Project in North Hollywood

Located in North Hollywood, a transit oriented development continues construction. 
Urbanize LA reported about The Micropolitan at Chandler project which is located across the street from the eastern terminus of LA Metro Orange Line which is a Bus Rapid Transit line. The developer of the project is Micropolitan LLC. which is a subsidiary of PSOMAS. 

The project consists of a seven story apartment building which will have 82 residential rental units. The ground floor of the building will have 1,000 sq ft of commercial space. The architect of the project is Killefer Flammang Architects.

The above photo shows construction continues on the apartment project. To the right of the photo is an Orange Line articulated bus. The Micropolitan at Chandler is also one block away from LA Metro Red Line subway.
