According to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning's Case Information, a 5 Story apartment (67 feet tall) is proposed in Echo Park at 1750 N Glendale Boulevard by Applicant, Aragon Properties Corp.
According to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning's Case Information, a 5 Story apartment (67 feet tall) is proposed in Echo Park at 1750 N Glendale Boulevard by Applicant, Aragon Properties Corp.
The total proposed number of dwelling units (DU) is 70 DUs. Out of the total DUs, 62 are apartment units and 8 are for live/work units. The project entails a semi-underground parking garage with a total of 89 vehicle parking spaces. With regard to bicycle parking, a total of 80 bicycle parking spaces would be provided. The developer would also provide 8 units for Very Low Income households thereby allowing for a 35% Density Bonus.
The project site currently has two existing commercial buildings that will need to be demolished for the proposed project.
