4 Story Boutique Hotel Proposed in Sherman Village Neighborhood

​Developer Ramcal Management Inc. is proposing to build a 4 story boutique hotel, known as Hotel Sherman Oaks, in the Sherman Village neighborhood at 12828 W. Riverside Drive. 
The 4 story boutique hotel entails a total of 94 hotel rooms and reaches height of about 50 feet tall (the maximum height is 55 feet tall factoring in Stair Volume Beyond and Elevator Penthouse Beyond). The current use at the proposed project site is a surface parking lot which will need to be demolished. With regard to vehicle parking spaces for the proposed project, there will be a total of 61 vehicle parking spaces. The vehicle parking will be made available through 2 underground levels beneath the hotel. A total of 10 bicycle parking spaces will also be provided.
