A new four story residential mixed use apartment is proposed in the City of Anaheim's Anaheim Canyon district.
The project site (6.33 acres) of the proposed development is located at 3320 E La Palma Avenue. The site currently has an existing two story low rise office building along with surface parking which would be replaced with a new four story mixed-use apartment with a total of 323 apartment units. The rendering above shows a modern architectural style.
The proposed project is currently in the Conceptual Development review phase.
The proposed mixed-use development is about 0.9 miles away from the nearest Metrolink (Commuter Rail) Station.
